Voima Gold Oy has acquired the share capital of T&B Capital Oy Ab

Voima Gold Oy has acquired 100% of the share capital of T&B Capital Oy Ab. T&B Capital Oy Ab is an investment firm supervised by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA), with extensive experience in investment advice, securities brokerage and serving private clients.

T&B Capital Oy Ab was founded by Tuire Mickelsson and Birgitta Lindholm. The company will continue to operate as an independent company within the Voima Group.

The arrangement strengthens the Voima Group's range of services and lays the foundation for a broader service offering, particularly for demanding private clients and institutional clients.

T&B Capital joining the Group strengthens our ability to serve clients more broadly and combines traditional investment-services expertise with Voima's physical precious-metals infrastructure," says Marko Viinikka, CEO of Voima Gold Oy.

Niko Palonen has been appointed CEO of T&B Capital Oy Ab. The appointment is subject to approval by the Financial Supervisory Authority.

The transaction has no immediate impact on the existing client relationships, agreements or continuity of customer service at Voima Gold Oy or T&B Capital Oy Ab.
