How to buy gold

Buying gold from our online store is easy and secure. The six steps below will guide you from your first order to delivery.

Select the quantity and add to cart. Then choose your delivery method:

Pick up in Helsinki (1–3 business days)Free of charge. Collect your order from the Voima office in Helsinki.

Insured postal delivery (2–8 business days)Sent as an insured postal shipment to your nearest Posti pick-up point. The shipment is insured for its full value and released only to you in person against a signature and valid ID. The delivery fee is based on the weight of your order.

✦ Please note that orders containing investment gold products cannot be cancelled, as the price of precious metals fluctuates on financial markets and is beyond the seller's control.✦ Insured postal delivery is available within Finland only (excl. Åland).✦ Gold bars over 100 grams and Vintage gold bars are available for collection or by separate arrangement. Please contact our customer service to arrange delivery.

You can place an order without registering by entering your email address and contact details. By registering with your email address, your order history and details are saved securely for future use.

Pay securely

You can pay easily and securely using all Finnish online banking services. Payment processing is handled by Paytrail Oyj.

Payment must be made from the orderer's own bank account. For every order we verify that the holder of the paying account is the same person who placed the order, and we dispatch the order only after this check. The check protects you against misuse and forms part of our customer due diligence obligations.

✦ The person placing the order, the payer and the recipient must be the same person. We cannot process an order paid from another person's account.✦ SSL-encrypted connection throughout the entire order process.

Order confirmation

After payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

✦ Keep your order number for any follow-up contact and for collecting your order.

Receive or collect your order

You will receive a separate notification when your order is ready for delivery or collection.

Insured postal delivery is typically made within 2–8 business days. You will receive a tracking code with your delivery confirmation.

Click-and-collect orders are usually ready within 1–3 business days. Please bring your order number and a valid ID when collecting your order.

Please note that when the value of a single order, or the combined value of your orders, exceeds EUR 15,000, we are required to carry out enhanced customer due diligence. We will send you an email link to an electronic customer due diligence (EDD) form, which takes only a few minutes to complete. The order can be released for collection or delivery only once the form has been completed and processed. This requirement applies to all delivery methods, including collection from the Voima office.
